URGENT! Using HC, is recovery possible?

Doing a lossless, time was amazingly long. First pass 4 hours, second had gone 2 hours with 4 more to go when power kicked off. The lossless file is intact, and the first pass of the m2v looks okay. Can I save it?? thanks, Glenn
