Logic (to PT) OMF export limitations....??

Quick question... I've inherited some Logic sessions which we plan to mix from Pro Tools... Unfortunately the Logic sessions are in really bad shape with hundreds of (terrible) edits with pops and clicks all over the place. My plan, since I'm more familiar with Pro Tools, is to move the sessions via OMF from Logic 5.5.0 to PT.. the transfers are going fine.. however there seem to be some limitations with the OMF export.. so I'm looking for clarification fom anyone more experienced with this process. Are these all indeed true facts? 1. Muted tracks aren't exported 2. Muted regions aren't exported 3. Tracks not assigned to an output with the current audio engine aren't exported I'm currently exporting the sessions in sections (4 to 5 OMF files) so that I can embed the audio in the OMF files and keep them below 2gig.. and importing the tracks into a PT session with my 002, where I can edit the session and prepare it for mixing with my Mix system. Please read this thread: it is all about Logic to PT transfers. And indeed, the problems you describe can encouter. Logic is not very good (still) in OMF exporting.

It's been a long time since I've had to deal with this, but I seem to remember that when Logic exports OMF's it almost feels like it follows the SMF export paradigm (only tracks that are showing, not muted, etc). S..
