How do I slave an external drum machine to Reaper?

Please don't tell me Reaper can't transmit MIDI Time Code or MIDI Clocks! I'm trying to sync (slave) an external drum machine (which I know can receive and sync to MIDI Time Code or MIDI Clock) to Reaper. Can't seem to find any way to get it to transmit a sync signal which the drum machine can pick up. Can it be done? Oh please, I hope this important feature is not missing.

Not missing. Right click the play button on the transport. In reaper right click everything;) Edit: Click "Insert"/"SMPTE/MTC"

I found out how to. It's a little hidden. - Go into OPTIONS/PREFERENCEs - From the list in the window look under AUDIO and choose MIDI DEVICES - In the list of "MIDI outputs to make available..." double click on your MIDI output device - check-mark "send clock/SPP to this device". Your drum machine should now sync properly.

Glad you got it going. I wonder if you can use the method I suggested and move that item left/right to change the offset. That works for SMPTE, but as far as I can tell it doesn't seem to send any MTC.
