Logic 6 is actually a LOT more stable than previous versions - especially with TDM. There are some little TDM bugs that have been ironed out, and the additions of mix/edit groups, marquee tool and track freeze, 6 is really a huge improvement over 5.x. best -kenn-

I have been hearing the ESB is directly linked with (Direct Connect) which may not be supported in 6 (it isnt in the initial release) I rely heavily on ESB TDM Bridge and direct connect. In a nutshell no direct connect (and more importantly no ESB bridge) I cant see how I can remain a Pro tools user?? I thought that moving to OSX was supposed to give us more features not less!!! Ther has to be a less stressfull way to make music than this

Yes, you can load esx instances directly onto TDM aux objects in logic. You can therefore bypass the 8 output limitation of esb malcolm

Joe, does that mean D-C is dead? True, HTDM is (slightly) superior, but some companies will not make HTDM versions. Lounge Lizard's EP, NI's Reaktor, Absynth, FM7... and the list goes on. I will not and cannot work without these. No D-C, no more Protools. I will have to go to Logic full-time. What's the deal here?
