Setting up my M Audio interface and getting reaper to read it

That's right. Just keep plugging away. (Pun intended!) 

I know there are people here who work with the Delta 1010. I am sure someone will drop in presently.

sharky50, Glad you're getting things sorted. I would just like to offer a little advice that might help you lower the frustration level a little... Don't try to learn everything in Reaper all at once. Just get a grasp on what you need to get you project done. All the other features... just learn those as you go and you'll be surprised at how painless the process can be. Oh yeah... Right-click everything!! Seriously! :D :cool:

Any chance you are in Derry, or knew anything much about the Undertones, using a handle like Sharky? Davy Smythe is living just down the road from me and is a good friend.
