Creative Prodikeys PC-Midi Problems

Hey guys, Up until now this program has been working great along with my Prodikeys. Then several days ago it froze and then when I would open it back up it keeps giving me the following error.. (the following midi inputs could not be opened: Creative Prodikeys PC-Midi) It will not stop. Does anyone know whats up with this or what I might do to resolve it? I've tried reinstalling Reaper which didn't work. I'm running Vista. (With the updated Prodikeys firmware) DR

Deleting the reaper-midihw.ini has fixed similar issues a few times. It can be found in C:\USERS\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Reaper on Vista (I guess) and deleting it forces Reaper to rebuild it. You'll probably have to re-enable the MIDI ports in the prefs after that. Hope that does the trick and it's not a deeper Vista or driver related problem. :)
