do i use it rite from the start or when the car har got to its top speed and then push the button whist the car is in motion as the woman i bought the car of told me it dropped me down a gear when towing and going up hill i didnt get a owner manual with the car ..........the answer to how many miles its done is 160,000 :car::cellphone::lightbulb:

Hi, With the lock out button applied (turned on) there will be an orange light on the dash will show and it will prevent the car going into O/D. This can be turned on at any time as O/D only kicks in when the car hits 3rd gear... With 160k miles on the car, it may be prudent to consider a auto transmission oil change... Depends on the condition nof the oil in there at the moment, but I would give it serious consideration.. Des. . . ;)
thankyou is it a job for the garage only or is it a job i could do for my self as by the looks of things it could do with a change as its a muddy brown colour and woud i need any specail tools and is the drain plug easy to find and get at ?:lightbulb::money:
Hi, Have a read through this topic: .... About half way down Tim describes how he changed his.. No going via the sump plug, just disconnected the connection to the radiator and used a couple of pipes. Measure it in and measure it out. Make sure to get the right fluid... Des. . . ;)
