2nd Disk Stops at each Chapter break Why?!

First of all Good Day... I've been using the DVD-9 to (2)DVD-5 method for awhile now. I've done atleast 25 DVD's with this method. And until recently without any problems. It seems now that on the second disk the chapters are all screwed up. This happens with the old IfoEdit(.91) and with the new one(.932). I have the pioneer Dv-434 as a standalone player, and the disks used to play flawlessly on it. The first DVD-5 still does but the second disk will now stop at each chapter break. I have to press FastForward to make it continue to the next chapeter. I've had this problem with a couple movies now, We Were Soldiers & Clockstoppers to name a few. The first disk plays great and the second disk stops at every chapter break. I am using WinXP but had no problems up to this point, I've even read in this forum that other people were using WinXP with the same sucess. Has ne1 else experienced this problem or is it specific to my puter :scared:.

having the same problems when using Rempeg on WE WERE SOLDIERS. hopefully, Derrow will address this problem.

Freezing problem solved using IFOedit .6 i tried IFOedit .9x on WE WERE SOLDIERS many times using multiple techiques and media. Unsuccessful. Freezing every chapter or two. i then used IFOedit .6 to remux the m2v. No freezing. Everything works fine.
