Yep, there are few of us about. My gas distributor is to be changed next month, and in the mean time I am restricted speed wise (55mph) but that's no bad things as they are. Prior to that FF LPG S60 from new no gas probs, and prior to that converted V6 and V8 L... R..... ers! What's your specific problem - there are other gas freaks on the forum! Bhowani V70 LPG S Auto

Got a 97 V70 that was converted to LPG at 50K. Now done 162k in total, still going strong. Needless to say I'm delighted with LPG and would definitely do the same again - but not until I've got this one to 300K! Jack

Mr P I can identify with the 2,000rpm bit, but that is (I hope!) to be sorted when I get my LPG distributor changed next month. The stuttering is something I haven't had yet, though did experience it on my earlier S60 FF LPG, which was solved by the ECU being cleaned. I will report on how the distributor change effects things after my usual autumn sojurn to southern Norway at the end of October. As long as I get 36mpg and 52mpg (equivalent) I will be happy. 36mpg, i wish!! filling the tank as high as i dare, and running to the red light comming on i am lucky if i do over 200 miles on a run, on the run in to work, i'll get 150 miles to a tank. combination of a long legged auto box and me having a lead foot :( the new distributor made a huge difference to mine, but i dunno if its a temp problem at the mo, or i need to spend alot more time (money) going through and fixing alot more problems

Yes, 18mpg real,(everyday use) and 26 mpg (on a trip) real equates to 36 and 52 when you factor in the HALF price of LPG (53.9p/litre hereabouts at Morrisons.) Tank full MAX 250, (honest) but usually fill at about 3/4 MT at 150 miles or thereabouts My soft right foot perhaps! Bhowani
