Out of time on playback ?

Trying to record vocals and everything was recorded right to a click track but on playback the tracks out of time...is there a setting to correct this ?

Did the tempo get bumped/changed since then? Or maybe experiencing some latency?

You haven't given a lot of information.What VSTs are you using.How many tracks do you have recorded etc?What are the machine's specs?

I'm a newbie and have just learned that I should set the BMP to match the music bed track which is something I have done before. 1. I've opened a new file set the BMP to 130 inorder to match the music bed track. 2. I than drag in the 130 BMP music track 3. I than create seperate track for the 130 click 4. I than create a seperate track for the vocals 5. I arm the vocal track and hit record I than sing along to the music track and click track I know my timing maybe off alittle but on playback I'd say it sounds almost 1/4 second off. I than slide the track so it's in time with music and try again...this time I sing along with the first track that I've moved to be in time with music and on play back the second track has shifted out of time again. I don't know why ?? The computer has 1.8 GHz Processor ,1 GB ram , Windows XP HM Thanks in advance for any help on this subject.

There are so many settings that might have got changed.Try this.Load the Demo song Brad Sucks and delete the content of some of the tracks and drag and drop your stuff into that and then see if it happens and adjust parameters to suit?
