I HAVE A USB MIDI AND I'M TRYING TO SYNC MY YAMAHA PSR-630 THROUGH REAPER.I DONT KNOW IF ITS THE BOARD OR THE PROGRAM. WHEN I TRY TO RECORD, I SEE THAT ITS SENDING A SIGNAL THROUGH BUT THE BOARD IS NOT BEING CONTROLLED.

enable the appropriate midi output in the prefs and then open the io for the track and make sure its sending a MIDI signal there. (edit: not sure why i said audio signal before...) and yes, all caps is generally frowned upon.

yup as already stated you need to enable the midi in/outs.
