D2V and mixed content.

There are only 146800 frames after IVTC. Thanks for any help on this. :)

151156 [B]: 183496,183497.......2 The first number is the coded frame number. The second two numbers are the display frame numbers in which the top and bottom fields of the coded frame will appear. The last number will be cycling 0,1,2,3 on successive lines for a 3:2 section, and it will be marked with an asterisk.
