SLimiter - for all audio makers. Output audio limiting with input gain correction and pan. Show maximum attenuation and maximum Left-Right difference with time. All what you need for easy mastering. I wait your feedback with suggestions, improvement ideas, errors, etc Made it from MGA_JSLimiterST of Michael Gruhn - thanks! Download it from here:
Hi, Yes I think it could be useful for easy mastering as you say. I'm a bit confused by what the outputs mean though. I think the interface could be improved a bit. What does "Time position" mean? I see that I can click it and this zeros the values and then is updated according to the play position, but I still don't really get what it means. I think a button to reset/zero whatever it's doing would be clearer! I can see that you have recommended values for attenuation down the bottom. How about laying it out like this: L R Attenuation (dB) : 0.0 0.0 (these change rapidly) Peak Attenuation (dB) : 1.2 1.1 OK / Too Low! / Too High and the Too Low / Too High messages are in green/red, OK is yellow or something. Glad to help with any graphics you might need :)
vitalker test it and you will see. Input gain with pan for me is very useful, also maximum attenuation, this features is not in MGA_JSLimiterST. Have more useful features than professionals limiters like Blue Cat Audio Limiter Attenuation row mean maximum attenuation for and left right with positions which have been found. Next values is for maximum attenuation for left-right difference with the proper position in the timeline. The last value from attenuation row mean instant attenuation.

Sliders are very simple, use more limiter plugins (e.g. Blue Cat Limiter) familiarize yourself and you'll understand exactly. What do you want to understand, what mean gain and pan input? Punk said something other than you, not about sliders.
SaulT release must have a minimum value, in the next version I will show this minimum on the slider. Also I'll use Punk Duck and Tony improvement suggestions :) Next version will be greatly enhanced with graphics to show how waves are cut.
