PT6.9.2 just fixed audio volume, now i cannot hear

Hey could someone please help me Im having major trouble. I just bought a G4 dual 1Ghz and 512RAM. I have the M-Box 6.9 and just DL'd the 6.9.2 update for Tiger. Now I can hear what I record into my session but when i try to listen to playback all i hear is noise. I checked knob to make sure its on playback, tried both headphone jacks... I would really appreciate some help Beau
