Does anyone know of a good audio software compression like Stuffet for SDII or AIFF files, since Rocket Net. is dead I need compression software for audio files like Stuffet, but made for Audio files instead of text files. .

Both Emagic and Waves had products out a few years ago that worked great. I think the Emagic one was called ZAP. The Waves product was included with all 2.x native and TDM bundles.

Avid Technology, Inc. today announced it has acquired the assets of privately held software company Rocket Networks, Inc.,a San Francisco-based developer of internet media collaboration and delivery products for audio and video media. In the future, Avid plans to provide (through its Digidesign audio business unit) collaboration and delivery products or services based on the technology acquired from Rocket Networks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
