I dont know what I did... just took it out and put it back in the reaper folder and it all works... Swear that I tried that a few times already. Thanks guys.

Instead of trying to download it to the Reaper folder, I saved the .dll file to my download folder, then copied and pasted it into the Reaper folder. Exited Reaper and then started again and worked like a charm. Thank you!
