ME: Inserting notes on top of secondary items' notes

Please add an option to be able to not to switch active item when clicking on secondary items' ('ghost') notes when two or more MIDI items are opened. Instead it should insert a note on top of it. Very useful for composing two or more musical lines simultaneously (bass+drums, rhythm+lead, two basses, etc etc). Also, some indication of hidden notes from secondary items (which are behind active notes) would be very nice. Maybe a line under active note with color of a hidden note.

Yes! Ghosted MIDI channels should only be there for REFERENCE, not as an actual switch to another channel!!! +1000000!!!

IMO, It's not something for an option - it's a bug.
