This is something I've never had to do, and I'de appreciate some advice if anyone knows about it. Here's the deal. I have 2 PT sessions, same song at 2 different stages. One session has the correct Midi track I want to import into the other session. When I do an 'Import Midi to Track' though, I see nothing to import in the session file. I'll leave it that simple, to avoid confusion. Does anyone know how to get a Midi track from one PT sesh to another PT sesh? Thanks, Roy

maybe it stores it in the 'midi regions list' at the bottom right of your edit window? then it's simply having to drag the midi file into a midi track, just a guess, I haven't done any midi exp/imp? I hope you get it resolved. pk

Hi Peter, Thanks for breaking it down for me. When I first did it, I got ALL the midi tracks, so my session was flooded unnecessarily. But, I got it all worked out, so thanks man. I'm about to listen to the backtrack of 'Lovers', as soon as I'm through with this other 'thang'. (I can't wait!... ) ~rh
