still authorization code problem

I UPGRADED from LE 5.0 to 5.1.1 I entered the code from the inside of my 5.0 guide wich was not accepted! "invalid code" What can I do? Thanx

You need the new Authorization code from your 5.1 upgrade manual or software.

How did you get your upgrade? If you bought it and downloaded it from the Digi store, your new serial number was on the final order page, or your "receipt". If you ordered it through the mail, then it's with the CD.
