trying to create video with multiple audio

i'm trying to create a video with multiple audio streams from my dvd's.. one with the normal english track, one with the directors commentary.. can someone give me a few idea's of what video format i should be using? or maybe some guides to try?

that guide will get you an AVI with 2 audio languages, which is fine for 2 tracks, but if you want more, the best video format for that atm is OGM. You can read about it in the New AV Forum. There are guides there and it's not too complicated.
