Hello, It is working on usb 2.0. I have uninstalled the drivers also used the cleanup utility provided by display link. After this I tried to install the i-tec device on usb 2.0. During the installation same problem appeared as on usb 3.0. I have activated the advanced logging. Positive: It is working!!! :) Negative: It is not working on usb 3.0. This is OK for a single monitor, but if I will add more it won't work because of the speed of usb 2.0. So let me know if there is anything else that you need from me so you can fix this. Thank you! Avram

Hi James, I think "DEV1_20140910_182321 - some time after installation on usb 2.0" was when I tried to reproduce the problem whit unplugged/plugged but it didn't happen. Thanks, Avram

Hi, The guys here think this is an issue with the Etron USB 3.0 HC I would recommend raising a ticket with Gigabyte here: Thanks, James
