Creating separate projects from single recording session?

Hey everyone, I recorded several songs of a full band all in one project. Is it possible separate each song and save it to it's own project? This would make it much easier to work with in terms of editing, mixing, etc. Any insight is truly appreciated!

Save the project enough times so you've got as many full projects as you have songs. Then delete from each all but one song.
