Actually... having used a bunch of programs that have exactly this and moving to Reaper's simplified approach on this, I don't want it. -1.

No, just knobs on the TCP panel - similar in size to the mute/solo buttons, something you can grab to alter VST settings. Mainly for eq, so while mixing you don't have to click the fx button, click which effect/eq you want, blah blah blah...
