Bug report: Dragging items from the media explorer to the arrange window only shows the preview "ghost item" on the first track and underneath the last track. This works correctly in 2.53. -Bill

i also can't confirm this. seems to work fine in 2.99.

I did some more testing. It only happens if free item positioning is on for the track you are dragging to. (Except for the first track, oddly.)
