Marquee selection doesn't scroll (vertical) in full screen mode

Oh, ok, so, if you: 1. Are in fullscreen mode; and 2. You have nothing in the docker, like not even the transport; and 3. So the last thing at the bottom of the screen is the horizontal scrollbar; then Can you scroll down by drawing a marquee selection? Thanks and sorry for being as insistent.
