Blue G3 and plugins

I have a Blue G3 350/128 I'm really wanting to buy a Digi001 but first I want to know everything about how it's going to work with MY setup. I hear everyone talk about being able to get 24 tracks no problem but how many plugins can I get? Is there anything I can do to get more? Maybe more Ram? Please help! Thanks, Pog.

The CPU speed/performance is the primary factor in how many simultaneous plugins you can get. The disk speed is the primary factor in how many tracks you can get. The amount of RAM is the primary factor in how many plugins can be seen in the drop-down windows - AND (I believe) in how long you can make a non-stop recording. ------------------ LW
