Using FL Generators in Reaper

I would like to know if its possible to use Fruits "BooBass" generator within reaper without loading FL studio as a vsti?

doubted. FL's plugin architecture is slightly different from a normal VSTi which allows them to do special things in FL like per note pitch/panning control. It also allows you to automate/link HW controllers to parameters by right clicking on the knobs/buttons/etc. Some of their plugins have FL versions and VST/VSTi versions, but I don't think Boobass is one of them
