So far what I know is...: -Some form of beat detective, not sure if it comes with PT or if its an add-on -Multiple outputs for plug-ins -New MIDI functions Of course I will be upgrading , but if its alot of money I may have to wait for a while.

I think I might be behind on this. The next upgrade is 6.7? Not 7? And does not support the 001? Is that correct?

Karel, To me it always seems to be like this: You got a setup that works for what you're doing. When a new version comes out and you upgrade there are some new features that you become used to. When you downgrade it's a pain to work like you used to. This is not typical for Pro Tools though. I downgraded to 5.33 a while ago, but only for a couple of days... I just missed the new features (in 6.1) so much I had to upgrade again. So if you don't want to buy the whole shebang, don't try the new version when it comes out
