Hello all. My friend recorded the Superbowl for me and encoded it to x264 and ACC for audio. I have figured out how to use an AVS script to convert the video, but I have no idea regarding the audio. Is it possible to extract the audio and convert it to AC3? I am trying to watch this on my DVD player since my monitor at home would not do the video justice :) Another option would be to convert the video to Xvid as my dvd player will play that, but I'd rather stick to DVD. Anyone know of a good way?

If Your file is in .mp4 container, You can use Foobar to convert audio to any format Foobar supports for example to WAV. (foobar can play aac audio from .mp4 containing both audio&video) The other choice is mencoder. Check the manual for exact commandline. BTW: You can also convert Your audio to .mp2 (most dvd players support this).

If you have Nero Vision you can automate the entire process of converting it to DVD.

Хтось знає, як привчити дорослого кота до лотка? Взяли з притулку, і він постійно ходить повз лоток. : Previous topicNext topic: Funky guitar sounds - from a keyboard, no less
