without spending a fortune, an auto will take just over 300 bhp, but this amount of power will take its toll on higher mileage boxes. other people will give you first hand experience so dont take my word for it!, good luck, Dan

Also i would like to add, fit a additional cooler and make sure you change the fluid, I have a cooler now to fit on mine, and will change the fluid every 30k miles, just to be on the safe side, tip top servicing is very important on a tuned car, Gary
