UPDATE to the above Not that I have much more to say, I've tried everything again with the same result. NanoKontrol is showing the Reaper data has been loaded in... and Reaper is getting some sort of midi signal... so it seems to me it's the actions that are not importing into Reaper for some reason but I have clicked import and selected the keymap. I'm just at a complete loss am thinking of sending it back at the moment and splashing out on a faderport or alphatrack instead but that's a shame as the Nano WOULD rock if I could get it to work :( Please help :)

Have you set it in Reaper to "Enable Input for Control Messages" (Control only) ?

Aha! Brilliant, thank you. I'd got "input" not "control" enabled! Obvious now I know. Thank you so much :) :) :) Incidentally, should the midi output be enabled? I presume it does't really matter as it's not bi-directional? Thanks again.

Thanks Axel!! It seems my drivers weren't installed correctly. Nano came up as a generic device. I followed this tutorial for loading the drivers properly, and then the Nano showed up by name in Reaper. Hopefully with your Keyset, I can get the sliders and pan knobs to work. For those of you who need the tutorial, go here: Thanks again Axel. You're time and consideration is one of the reasons why this forum is top notch. :) BTW, followed your instructions to a T. If I don't set device for "enable and control" instead of the control only, my tracks don't read the nano device. I'm getting a flashing green light on the track, so I assume Reaper is reading the nanokontrol, but the volume slider and pan doesn't move or change. Any idea what else I should be doing to get this thing to work?

Hey Axel... Just DL'ed and installed... THANK you. I notice that when using the FF / REW buttons, they seem to move forward a random amount every time. Any idea if I can get them to snap to bar starts? Thanks again and again. m.
